At NSIRA, we actively recruit individuals at various security levels; however, the majority of our work necessitates a Top Secret clearance. Consequently, our hiring process is more rigorous than most.

To be considered for a position at NSIRA, the following criteria must be met:

  • Canadian citizenship is mandatory.
  • Eligibility for a Top Secret security clearance is required.
  • A willingness to work in Ottawa is essential.

Confidentiality is of utmost importance, and all applications are handled with the strictest discretion. We kindly request that you refrain from discussing your application to NSIRA with anyone outside your immediate family and close friends.

NSIRA is dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce that mirrors Canadian society. We actively promote employment equity and strive to create inclusive selection processes and work environments. Our goal is to eliminate barriers to employment for individuals from the four groups identified in the Employment Equity Act.

If you identify as a woman, an indigenous person, a person with a disability, or a member of a visible minority group, we encourage you to indicate so in your application.

Should you be contacted for an interview or testing, please inform us of any necessary accommodation measures that would ensure a fair and equitable assessment. We assure you that this information will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.
