Ce rapport pr\u00e9sente les conclusions et les recommandations formul\u00e9es dans le cadre de l\u2019examen annuel de l\u2019OSSNR concernant les communications d\u2019information en vertu de la Loi sur la communication d\u2019information ayant trait \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 du Canada<\/em> (LCISC). Celui-ci a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9pos\u00e9 au Parlement par le ministre de la S\u00e9curit\u00e9 publique, comme l\u2019exige le paragraphe 39(2) de la Loi sur l\u2019OSSNR, le 1er novembre 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Afin de prot\u00e9ger le Canada contre toute activit\u00e9 susceptible de compromettre sa s\u00e9curit\u00e9, la LCISC conf\u00e8re un pouvoir explicite et autonome de communication d\u2019information aux institutions f\u00e9d\u00e9rales. Son objectif officiel consiste donc \u00e0 encourager et \u00e0 faciliter de telles communications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ce rapport fournit un aper\u00e7u de la fa\u00e7on dont la LCISC a \u00e9t\u00e9 appliqu\u00e9e en 2022. Ce faisant, il :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • r\u00e9pertorie le volume et la nature des communications effectu\u00e9es au titre de la LCISC;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • \u00e9value la mesure dans laquelle la Loi a \u00e9t\u00e9 respect\u00e9e; et<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • fait ressortir les tendances relatives \u00e0 son application au sein des institutions f\u00e9d\u00e9rales et au fil du temps.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
