Plus<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" translation-block\"><p>S\u2019appuyant sur la nomination d\u2019un champion et la mise en place d\u2019un comit\u00e9 pour prendre des mesures contre les probl\u00e8mes syst\u00e9miques d\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 en mati\u00e8re d\u2019emploi, de diversit\u00e9 et d\u2019inclusion en 2020, l\u2019OSSNR a continu\u00e9 de travailler fort pour cr\u00e9er une culture d\u2019inclusion. Sur le plan individuel, l\u2019organisme a tenu des discussions avec le personnel sur la lutte contre le racisme et les th\u00e8mes li\u00e9s \u00e0 la diversit\u00e9. En r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.canada.ca\/fr\/conseil-prive\/organisation\/greffier\/appel-action-faveur-lutte-contre-racisme-equite-inclusion-fonction-publique-federale.html\">Appel \u00e0 l\u2019action du greffier du Conseil priv\u00e9<\/a>, l\u2019OSSNR a termin\u00e9 une \u00e9valuation de la maturit\u00e9 de ses politiques, programmes et pratiques li\u00e9s aux droits de la personne, \u00e0 l\u2019accessibilit\u00e9, \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 en mati\u00e8re d\u2019emploi, \u00e0 la diversit\u00e9 et \u00e0 l\u2019inclusion et a \u00e9labor\u00e9 un plan d\u2019action triennal pour orienter ses efforts. &nbsp;<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Lorsqu\u2019ils examinent les activit\u00e9s li\u00e9es \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 nationale et au renseignement, les analystes\nde l\u2019OSSNR sont invit\u00e9s \u00e0 examiner la possibilit\u00e9 que ces activit\u00e9s entra\u00eenent des in\u00e9galit\u00e9s pour\nles groupes de minorit\u00e9s visibles. Par exemple, parmi les examens de l\u2019an dernier, l\u2019<em>\u00c9tude de\nl\u2019utilisation de la biom\u00e9trie par le gouvernement du Canada dans le continuum frontalier a\nexamin\u00e9 l\u2019approche d\u2019Immigration, R\u00e9fugi\u00e9s et Citoyennet\u00e9 Canada et de l\u2019Agence des services\nfrontaliers<\/em> du Canada afin de pr\u00e9venir les pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s et la discrimination contre certains groupes de\npersonnes lors de l\u2019utilisation de la biom\u00e9trie par ces organismes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Pour ce qui est des enqu\u00eates, les plaignants d\u00e9posent leur plainte aupr\u00e8s de l\u2019OSSNR\nconform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la <em>Loi sur l\u2019Office de surveillance des activit\u00e9s en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 nationale et de renseignement<\/em> et aux r\u00e8gles de proc\u00e9dure. Le respect syst\u00e9matique des pratiques et des\nproc\u00e9dures pour toutes les plaintes assure un processus non discriminatoire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De plus, l\u2019OSSNR et un autre organisme d\u2019examen finalisent une \u00e9tude sur la fa\u00e7on de recueillir, d\u2019analyser et d\u2019utiliser syst\u00e9matiquement des donn\u00e9es fond\u00e9es sur la race et d\u2019autres donn\u00e9es d\u00e9mographiques dans le cadre du processus d\u2019enqu\u00eate sur les plaintes. Cette \u00e9tude s\u2019appuie sur l\u2019expertise universitaire afin de fournir des renseignements \u00e0 l\u2019OSSNR sur les questions suivantes : s\u2019il existe des disparit\u00e9s raciales importantes entre les plaignants civils; s\u2019il existe des diff\u00e9rences raciales en ce qui a trait aux types de plaintes d\u00e9pos\u00e9es contre des membres d\u2019organisations de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 nationale fond\u00e9es sur diff\u00e9rents groupes; la fr\u00e9quence des plaintes qui comprennent des all\u00e9gations de partialit\u00e9 raciale ou d\u2019autres formes de partialit\u00e9; et si les r\u00e9sultats des enqu\u00eates sur les plaintes varient selon le groupe racial.
