institutionnelle relative \u00e0 l\u2019ACS Plus<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette ann\u00e9e, l\u2019OSSNR a nomm\u00e9 un champion de l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 en mati\u00e8re d\u2019emploi, de la diversit\u00e9 et de l\u2019inclusion. Le champion s\u2019est affair\u00e9 \u00e0 cr\u00e9er une culture d\u2019inclusion en tenant des discussions avec le personnel sur la lutte contre le racisme et les th\u00e8mes li\u00e9s \u00e0 la diversit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans les enqu\u00eates sur les plaintes, l\u2019OSSNR a suivi un processus bien document\u00e9 dans toutes les affaires afin d\u2019assurer \u00e0 tous les plaignants un acc\u00e8s \u00e9gal \u00e0 la justice. Il a entrepris d\u2019\u00e9tudier la fa\u00e7on d\u2019analyser syst\u00e9matiquement les donn\u00e9es sur les plaintes des ann\u00e9es pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes pour examiner les tendances d\u00e9mographiques, y compris la race. \u00c0 cet \u00e9gard, il collabore avec un autre organisme d\u2019examen pour mettre \u00e0 profit l\u2019expertise universitaire pertinente qui aidera l\u2019organisme \u00e0 recueillir le bon type de donn\u00e9es dans le cadre d\u2019enqu\u00eates futures sur les plaintes, pour faciliter cette analyse. L\u2019objectif est d\u2019obtenir des renseignements sur les collectivit\u00e9s les plus touch\u00e9es par les activit\u00e9s relatives \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 nationale, ce qui peut aider l\u2019OSSNR \u00e0 orienter ses priorit\u00e9s de sensibilisation et de mobilisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le programme d\u2019examens planifi\u00e9s et permanents de l\u2019OSSNR tient \u00e9galement compte du risque que les activit\u00e9s de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 nationale et de renseignement cr\u00e9ent des r\u00e9sultats in\u00e9gaux pour les groupes des minorit\u00e9s visibles. Les examens permanents des pratiques de ciblage de l\u2019Agence des services frontaliers du Canada, ainsi que de l\u2019utilisation de la biom\u00e9trie dans le contexte de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 nationale et du renseignement, visent particuli\u00e8rement \u00e0 comprendre les r\u00e9percussions de ces activit\u00e9s sur diverses collectivit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019OSSNR a continu\u00e9 d\u2019embaucher un groupe diversifi\u00e9 d\u2019employ\u00e9s poss\u00e9dant une combinaison d\u2019exp\u00e9rience et de comp\u00e9tences pour remplir son mandat unique. Dans le cadre de ses pratiques d\u2019embauche, l\u2019OSSNR a proc\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00e0 la pr\u00e9s\u00e9lection et \u00e0 des tests de curriculum vit\u00e6 \u00e0 l\u2019aveugle. L\u2019OSSNR ne compte que six postes de direction, dont deux sont classifi\u00e9s dans le groupe des gestionnaires du droit (GD). Depuis le 1er avril 2020, cinq postes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 dot\u00e9s, dont 60 % des personnes nomm\u00e9es se sont d\u00e9clar\u00e9es membres d\u2019un groupe d\u00e9sign\u00e9 aux fins de l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 en mati\u00e8re d\u2019emploi. De plus, quatre postes de gestion (p. ex.
