Le document de consentement sign\u00e9 par le plaignant en vue de l\u2019entrevue de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 n\u2019abordait que la collecte d\u2019information visant \u00e0 obtenir une habilitation de s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Les preuves pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019OSSNR ont r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que le plaignant n\u2019avait pas \u00e9t\u00e9 inform\u00e9, pr\u00e9alablement \u00e0 l\u2019entrevue de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, que l\u2019information recueillie pourrait \u00eatre ult\u00e9rieurement utilis\u00e9e \u00e0 d\u2019autres fins, notamment, l\u2019\u00e9valuation de leur aptitude relative \u00e0 l\u2019embauche. Ainsi, l\u2019OSSNR a conclu que le CST ne s\u2019\u00e9tait pas conform\u00e9 aux dispositions de l\u2019article 7 de la&nbsp;<em>Loi sur la protection des renseignements personnels<\/em>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour ce qui a trait aux autres all\u00e9gations visant le CST, l\u2019OSSNR a conclu qu\u2019elles ne se fondaient sur aucun \u00e9l\u00e9ment de preuve.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans son rapport final, l\u2019OSSNR a formul\u00e9 deux recommandations :&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>le CST devrait r\u00e9examiner le formulaire de consentement qu\u2019il demande aux candidats de signer en vue de l\u2019entrevue de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 faisant partie du processus de filtrage de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, et le modifier tel qu\u2019il est requis;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>le CST devrait envisager d\u2019entreprendre une \u00e9valuation des facteurs relatifs \u00e0 la vie priv\u00e9e relativement \u00e0 son questionnaire, si une telle \u00e9valuation n\u2019a pas encore \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/section>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"parent":7790,"menu_order":19,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"template-nsira-subpages.php","meta":{"inline_featured_image":false},"categories":[],"tags":[153,69,78,86],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v20.9 -
