The complaint alleged that the RCMP&nbsp;failed to&nbsp;investigate individuals allegedly&nbsp;participating&nbsp;in a militia group. NSIRA tried to&nbsp;establish&nbsp;contact with the complainant several times to&nbsp;proceed&nbsp;with its investigation. NSIRA found that reasonable attempts had been made to communicate with the complainant and that the agency had exhausted all options.&nbsp;Accordingly, NSIRA issued reasons that the complaint had been abandoned, as per NSIRA\u2019s Rules of Procedure.
